REQUIRED
All students MUST have The School District of Lee County Intramural Athletics Acknowledgement, Consent & Release Form (waiver & proof of insurance form) and FHSAA Physical Evaluation (EL2) form turned in to Mr. Montag in room 514 before tryouts.
Girls play first on Monday/Tuesday, and Boys play first on Wednesday/Thursday.
